All course content provided by Dronetribes—including videos, documents, images, audio, and training materials—is protected under copyright laws. These materials are for personal educational use only. Recording, redistributing, reselling, or sharing this content in any format without written permission is strictly prohibited. Violating this may lead to legal action and immediate account termination.
3. Disclaimer on Drone Building and Usage
The drone training provided is strictly for educational and learning purposes only. Once a user registers and begins the course, they are responsible for how they apply the knowledge gained. If a student builds or modifies their own drone using our training material, it is done entirely at their own risk. The company is not responsible for any hardware issues, accidents, injuries, or damages that may result from such activities.
4. Code of Conduct and Misuse of Platform
If any student or user engages in illegal, suspicious, or unethical activity, such as account sharing, misusing course materials, harassment, or violating community guidelines, Dronetribes reserves the right to block or suspend their account permanently without any prior warning. No refund will be issued in such cases. The platform is designed for respectful, honest learning, and any violation will result in immediate action.
5. Community Guidelines
Students are expected to follow all community guidelines when interacting with instructors or peers, including refraining from offensive comments, spam, abuse, or any disruptive behavior. If a user is found violating these principles, their account may be restricted or deleted without notice.
6. Payment Terms
Course access will only be provided after successful payment confirmation and verification via our official payment gateway (Razorpay). If any payment is under review, flagged, or found to be incomplete, access to the course will not be granted until the issue is resolved. Dronetribes does not accept offline, UPI, or third-party payments outside its approved channels.
7.Disclaimer on Hardware Damage & Licensing
Drone Tribes provides training and resources for educational purposes only. We are not responsible for any physical damage to your drone or related hardware resulting from flight practice, assembly, or misuse.
Operating a drone without a valid license (where legally required) is a violation of aviation laws. Drone Tribes shall not be held liable for any legal penalties, accidents, injuries, or property damage caused by flying a drone without proper certification or in restricted areas. It is the user’s sole responsibility to fly in compliance with local aviation regulations.
8. Certification and Licensing Disclaimer
Dronetribes does not provide any government drone license or official certification through this course. Students must contact relevant authorities such as the DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) if they seek legal drone pilot certification. Our course is purely educational in nature.
9. No Guarantee of Business or Job Outcomes
We also do not guarantee any business success, employment, or financial outcome as a result of taking this course. Our role is limited to providing structured knowledge, and the rest depends on the individual’s dedication, learning, and legal compliance.
