Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Dronetribes, we aim to deliver high-quality drone education with transparency and fairness. However, if you change your mind or face issues, our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Cancellation and Refund

  • You may request cancellation of your course registration within 24 hours of payment, provided you have not accessed any course material.

  • If any part of the course is accessed (including logging in or downloading files), the refund request will be rejected.


3. How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, please email contact@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your registered name

  • Your email address

  • Transaction ID

  • A brief reason for cancellation

If your request is eligible, the refund will be processed through Razorpay and will reflect in your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

4.Disclaimer Refund Policy

If your refund is approved, only 60% of the original payment will be refunded.
This deduction covers:

  • 2% platform fees (Razorpay or other gateways)

  • 18% GST as per government regulations

  • Additional administrative and processing costs

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Course has been accessed or partially completed

  • Cancellation request is made after 24 hours of payment

  • Account is suspended or blocked due to violation of rules or illegal activity

  • Payment was made through an unverified or incomplete transaction

  • Disputes related to offline or unauthorized payment sources


6. Payment Verification Policy

All payments must be made and verified through our approved payment gateway (Razorpay). Course access is only granted after successful payment confirmation. We do not process or approve refunds for disputes involving non-authorized payment methods.


7. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing a course on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
