Shipping and Delivery

 

1. Overview

Dronetribes primarily offers digital drone training courses that are delivered online. However, in case we offer physical products such as training kits, merchandise, or drone components in the future, the following Shipping and Delivery Policy will apply.


2. Digital Course Delivery

All courses, materials, and access credentials are delivered digitally via email or your registered account on our platform after successful payment confirmation through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
There is no shipping involved for digital courses.


3. Physical Product Shipping (If Offered)

If you purchase a physical item from Dronetribes:

  • Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location within India.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your product is dispatched.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you make the payment. We may offer free shipping on selected items or promotions.


5. Delivery Areas

Currently, we ship physical products only within India. If you are located outside India, please contact us before placing an order to check availability and delivery options.


6. Delays and Issues

Dronetribes is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@dronetribes.com so we can assist you.


7. Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per the situation.
